How many times have you heard about someone passing away and leaving a terrible mess for those left behind both in their personal and business affairs? The passing away of someone can be by any number of unexpected reasons, a car accident, disease, any kind of unexpected accident. It is very easy to be prepared and avoid crisis management. Do you have a proper Medical Power of Attorney? Do you need to provide for a Special Needs person?
